Review Post: Our Anniversary Stay at the Wonderful Windermere Manor

Windermere Manor is a gorgeous venue located in North London (Ontario). In May of 2016, we were lucky enough to have our wedding ceremony and reception held here, and were thrilled with how fantastic a day it was. From the service, to the atmosphere, and of course, our wedding, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our time spent there. Fortunately for us, we were invited to come back for a complimentary dinner and overnight stay to celebrate our one-year anniversary in May 2017. It was wonderful to relive a bit of our wedding day a year later at the same location.

Our stay at Windermere Manor began in the early evening, when we checked into the hotel around 5pm. Having been greeted in the lobby and given our key to our room, we brought up our belongings and unpacked some of our things. We were happy with our newly renovated room, and pleased with how spacious it was – especially considering our stay was covered by the hotel.

Let us just tell you this – the food here never disappoints! We were given full range of the menu to choose from, free of charge, and the chef and restaurant staff went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our celebration. We were offered appetizers, entrees, and desserts which were to die for. See for yourself!:IMG_20170613_174944_851

The following morning, we headed down for our complimentary breakfast buffet, and of course the food was delicious!

We honestly could not have asked for a better experience at Windermere Manor, and we were so happy to be celebrating our marriage and anniversary at this beautiful place. We would like to send our thank yous (again and again) to the excellent staff at Windermere Manor, and would definitely recommend that you book a stay here if ever you’re visiting London! Check out their website for more information.

Happy traveling,
